After 7 years, Cameron Square development 'ready to roll'
Cameron Square, an upscale apartment complex with 175 one- and two-bedroom units, 5,853 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a concrete parking deck with 180 spaces on a vacant lot at the corner of North Cameron and East Piccadilly streets will be completed by Winter 2027. New affordable housing complex opens on Richmond’s Southside
Noon Ingram apartments are now open in Richmond’s Oak Grove neighborhood where an abandoned elementary school once stood. The development features 243 units equipped with granite countertops, new finishings, a gym, community center, a pool and more. Read about it here.

In our latest effort to bring affordable housing to the Southside, plans for a project at 7000 Carnation St have been approved. The project will consist of two, four story, buildings comprising 218-units in the Beaufont Oaks area.

Affordable housing plans for Oak Grove Elementary land
We’re excited to provide new life to the land that Oak Grove Elementary has sat quietly on through mixed-income housing. Oak Grove’s legacy will live on this new project and will continue to serve the community around it by providing affordable housing. Construction is expected to commence late in 2023.
